Montreal’s famous festival district, the Quartier des spectacles, is partnering with Sounds in the City to establish a state-of-the-art sound management plan that both respects and balances the expectations for exciting musical and other programming that attracts tourism with the needs of nearby residents and Montreal’s vulnerable city users.
